William leads Reliable Mechanical Solutions with extensive experience in HVAC, mechanical services, government contracting, and commercial project management. As a veteran, he built RMS around integrity, dependable workmanship, and taking care of customers and employees.

Office Manager


Stephanie oversees RMS’s administrative operations and helps keep the office, scheduling, documentation, and internal communications organized and running efficiently.

Emily Dubard

Estimating, Operations, and Client & Vendor Relations


Emily assists with project estimating, daily operations, customer communication, and vendor coordination. She helps manage projects from the initial request and proposal stage through scheduling, purchasing, and ongoing client support.

Jonathan Ramsey

Field Supervisor


Jonathan supervises field operations and helps coordinate technicians, jobsite activities, safety requirements, quality control, and project completion.

Aaron Enos

Lead Technician and Electrician


Aaron serves as a lead technician and provides both HVAC and electrical expertise. He assists with installations, repairs, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and the coordination of field work.

Nathan provides HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting services while continuing his training and field experience as a plumbing apprentice.
